  • Once the shells have hardened, push a tablespoon or so of red velvet cake pop filling into each cavity.  Leave a gap so that you have room to seal the mold.
  • Scoop and brush some additional coating on the back of each mouse to seal the mold.  Place the entire mold in the freezer for 10 minutes until very firm.
  • Pop the mice out onto a cutting surface and let them come back to room temperature. If you feel like the edges of the mice are messy or need to be cleaned up a bit, use a craft knife or paring knife to trim off any hanging coating.
  • Pour out the primary confettiquin sprinkles and separate out a handful of red confetti.  Use a toothpick to add a dab of coating on each eye and nose and attach a red confetti.
  • Now, the mice are ready for some tails!  Roll a pea sized piece of white fondant into a thin rope and taper it at one end. Cut the other end blunt so it can be attached to the back of the mouse.
  • Dip the blunt end of the tail in some melted coating and then attach it to the back of each mouse.  Make sure to curl each tail a different way so that every mouse looks a little bit different.
  • Let the tails dry for a bit and then the mice can be transferred to a serving tray if desired.

    biji wijen untuk taburan

Onde Onde Nutella

Cara Pembuatan:

1. Campur tepung ketan, tepung beras, garam, gula halus, dan vanili pada satu wadah, lalu aduk rata.
2. Perlahan-lahan aduk adonan sambil diuleni dengan air.
3. Bentuk bulatan dengan cekungan untuk diisi oleh selai Nutella dan selai kacang. Tutup rapat adonan sambil dibentuk menjadi bola-bola mini.
4. Celupkan ke dalam air matang dan gulingkan dalam taburan biji wijen hingga rata.
5. Panaskan minyak dengan api kecil hingga panas, goreng onde-onde mini hingga mengapung dan berwarna kecoklatan.
6. Tiriskan sesaat dan onde-onde pun siap disantap.

Bahan:

1 buah bawang bombay potong
1 buah kentang potong kotak
1 buah wortel potong kotak
minyak secukupnya
1 bungkus japanese curry
750 ml kaldu sapi

Bahan chicken katsu :

1 bagian dada ayam
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt lada
Tepung terigu secukupnya
1 butir telur
Tepung roti secukupnya
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara pembuatan:

1. Tumis bawang bombay hingga layu, tambahkan kentang potong dan wortel potong, masak hingga matang.
2. Tambahkan kaldu ayam dan curry paste, masak hingga kental. Angkat dan sisihkan.
3. Siapkan satu bagian dada ayam. Marinasi dengan garam dan lada. Balurkan ayam secara berurutan kedalam tepung terigu, telur, dan tepung roti.
4. Goreng hingga matang kecoklatan.
5. Sajikan chicken katsu dan saus curry dengan nasi.

Bakso Aci 

Cara pembuatan:

1. Campurkan tapioka, terigu, merica, garam, gula, ebi kering dan daun bawang, bawang putih parut. Tuang air hangat sedikit demi sedikit. Aduk hingga kalis.
2. Bentuk bulatan-bulatan kecil sebesar kelereng. Masukkan ke dalam air mendidih, rebus hingga mengapung. Tiriskan.
3. Masukkan tulang ayam dan air/ bisa langsung air kaldu dan semua bahan kuah lainnya.
4. Masukkan cilok ke dalam air rebusan kuah.
5. Sajikan cilok dengan sawi dan tauge serta kerupuk batagor. Taburi dengan seledri, bawang goreng, dan sambal.

Bahan biang:

1 sdm terigu
½ sdm ragi instant
1 sdt gula pasir
8 sdm air hangat1

Bahan utama:

200 gr terigu
1 sdm garam
1 sdt minyak
1 sdt baking powder

Bahan saus:

4 sdm saus sambal
2 sdm saus tomat
100 ml Air
1 sdt maizena
1 sdt Gula
1 sdt Bawang putih bubuk
-----

Cara pembuatan:

1. Campurkan seluruh bahan biang. Diamkan selama 10-15 menit.
2. Masukkan campuran biang ke campuran bahan utama. Aduk dan beri air sedikit demi sedikit dan minyak agar tidak lengket. Aduk hingga kalis. Tutup dengan kain lap bersih. Diamkan selama 1,5 jam.
3. Giling adonan cakue kemudian potong-potong cakue sepanjang 2 ruas jari.
4. Tumpuk 2 adonan cakue menjadi 1 adonan.
5. Panaskan minyak, tarik adonan cakue sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam wajan. Goreng dengan api sedang hingga kecoklatan. Tiriskan lalu sajikan dengan saus.
